  • Distinguishing Features:

    Traces of white paint on the back of the figure's head. Wormholes on the back of the head, legs and feet. There is a bent nail and a piece of wire wrapped around it in the upper middle part of the reverse side. Traces of fill-in material across the reverse side, presumably to repair and fill in the wormholes. Left hip is slightly damaged. Paint layer is slightly cracked. There is a filled-in hole on the top of his head.

A polychrome wooden sculpture of a male figure. His head is tilted upwards to his left. His hair is long and wavy, parted at the middle. He has a short brown beard. His right hand is placed on his chest and his right leg is bent at the knee. His left arm consists only of his shoulder and upper arm. His left leg consists only of his thigh. He is nude, his waist is covered with a band of brown leaves. His lips, cheeks and navel are red. There is a small hole representing the navel. His eyes are brown and black. He has no toes on his right foot. The sculpture was originally made for St Mark's Church in Zagreb. There is a sculpture of Eve from the same group.
